STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service on the form below this policy, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When receiving a RMA number you will also receive the address where to return the product to as it is supplier related. Then, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to that address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return, the supplier inspecting the condition of your item and them supplying us with an “all’s well for refund” authorization, we will process your¬†return or exchange. Please allow at least¬†fourteen (14)¬†days from the receipt of your item to process your¬†return or exchange.¬†Refunds will happen directly into your account, so please be sure to send us your account detail so that we can do the refund once approved by the supplier. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on statement, depending on bank processes beyond our control.¬†

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS  
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.  

Please Note     

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  
  • Unwanted products must be returned in unopened, original packaging. 
  • No refund will be given if the product is unwanted, but opened.  
  • Opened and faulty returns, are subjected to the supplier’s investigative outcome.
  • Should the supplier find that the product was maliciously damaged, the item(s) won’t be refunded.
  • All items are subjected to it’s specific supplier’s return policy. Our suppliers are Rectron, Syntech, Esquire, Tarsus and Pinnacle.
  • Where guarantees are in place via manufacturers, those policies shall come into effect.
